dabigatran: urgent surgery

Stop dabigatran

Check FBC, U/E, calcium, coagulation screen, TCT. Indicate last time of dabigatran on request.

Consider delay in surgery until enough time has passed or TCT and coags normal.

If delay not possible, consider idarucizumab: consult with SMO heamatologist.
